Telecommunications company, Telecel has been named the official headline sponsor for this year’s Ghana Music Awards.
This comes after the previous sponsor, Vodafone was transitioned to Telecel. The awards ceremony is now named Telecel Ghana Music Awards (TGMA).
The announcement was made at the launch of the 25th Ghana Music Awards on Thursday, March 28 at the Grand Arena of the Accra International Conference Centre.

The ongoing event will also unveil the nominees for the various categories for this year’s awards ceremony which will happen on June 1, 2024.
The unveiling of the headline sponsor and the nominees for the various categories mark huge step to preparations ahead of the main awards ceremony later this year.
