Ghanaian Artiste, KJ Spio has highlighted a major setback which is preventing the global recognition for Ghana’s music industry.

The UK-based artiste in an interview with Giovani Caleb on Showbiz 360 on Friday said prioritising and promoting artistes in the music industry has been a challenge for the music industry to break boundaries.

“I think most importantly owing our home and making sure we prioritise it,” he told Giovani.

KJ Spio has been an artiste manager and producer for a long while producing artistes like Sarkodie and has now decided to be on the screens as an artiste.

His new song titled ‘Undress’ which is his first track features Sarkodie and Oxlade.

When questioned about his sudden change of mind, he said “it’s like the coach getting into the game. You always have different ideas trying to impose your vision on other people but if you can do it better then you can tell it.”
