The 2022 edition of Miss Western has been launched in Takoradi.
Miss Western is a beauty pageant aimed at unearthing the creative talents of ladies from the Western Region, making them the best of themselves and setting them up to impact positively in the lives of others in their localities.
Special attention is paid to hand skill training.
The ExOne Entertainment-organized pageant, which debuted in 2019, has seen enormous exponential growth, training approximately 4,000 young women in hand skills, aimed at making them financially independent, while creating jobs for others.
Auditions for the 2022 edition begins at the Takoradi Mall on Saturday, February 5 at 9:00am.
On the 12th of February, the auditions train will make a stop at Tarkwa, Get in Touch Hotel at 9:00 in the morning.
Auditionees are to appear in a black tan atop on a pair of jeans trousers on heels.
Speaking at the press launch, CEO of ExOne Entertainment Isaac Mensah expressed excitement for how far the scheme had come.
He expressed fulfillment about the impact the pageant is making in the lives of ladies in the Western Region, adding that that is his motivation to do better.
The winner of Miss Western 2022 drives home a brand new saloon car, which is expected to aid her travels around the region in making impact.
