I’m back – Natty Borax says as he announces new release ‘Okukuseku’

Renowned hiplife/Reggae artiste, Natty Borax has indicated that he is officially back in the game after a long hiatus with a new hit, ‘Okukuseku’.

According to the reggae musician, his new song has garnered positive feedback from the masses.

He stated that “My new song is ‘Okukuseku’. The feedback has been positive. Anytime we drop, it’s like fire; it’ll take time because it’s a conscious vibe.”

Speaking with Giovanni Caleb on Showbiz 360 on Friday, August 13, 2023, Natty Borax took viewers on a nostalgic trip down memory lane, reminiscing about some of his most iconic hits that have left an indelible mark on the industry.

“My first exposure to the limelight was with ‘Durbar’ in the 2000s. From there, I met Daddy Lumba and we came out with ‘Asie ho’ – marriage certificate’. After that one, we brought ‘Pantoma’,” he reminisced.

The versatile musician revealed that he’s making his comeback under the banner of a new record label, Moskitoe Entertainment.

“I’m back and with a new label; Moskitoe Entertainment, It’s an acronym which stands for most kind to everyone. You can stream my music on all platforms,” he concluded.

Born Nat Adjetey Larbi, Natty Borax has etched his name in Ghanaian music history through iconic tracks such as ‘Odo Nkoaa’, ‘Asie Ho’, and ‘Odo Be Wo Dea’ alongside Daddy Lumba, as well as ‘Ahuofe Hemaa’ with Deeba, among others.

The artwork for his new release, ‘Okukuseku’, paints a vivid picture of Natty Borax’s return to the scene.

Depicting him as a referee between two powerful forces, mirroring the likenesses of Sarkodie and Yvonne Nelson in a boxing ring, the visual encapsulates the spirit of his triumphant comeback and the battle-ready energy that ‘Okukuseku’ brings to the forefront.
