In a recent appearance on “The Day Show” with Berla Mundi, Ghanaian Hip-Hop rapper Eno Barony made a surprising revelation, stating, “I have actually not had a beef with anyone in the industry yet, that was just playing, playing. It was just some lyrical back and forth.”

The talented rapper clarified that the so-called beefs were merely friendly battles of words and she can go harder if the need arises

Despite claims that she “murdered” Medikal during their lyrical exchange, Eno Barony confidently asserted, “I haven’t beefed yet. What you saw is normal.”

According to the ‘Fear No Man’ rapper, at the time of the beef, she was a brand ambassador for certain companies and had to be mindful of what she said.

“Of course, when I was doing that thing I was a brand ambassador to certain brands so there were certain things I couldn’t say. That is why I am saying it’s normal, if beef comes I’ll give you raw fish,” she intimated on the Day Show.

The initial spark of the beef originated with Sista Afia, Eno Barony, and Freda Rhymz. In response to Eno Barony’s diss track, Sista Afia released “You Got Nerve,” but fans quickly speculated that Medikal had ghostwritten for the singer/rapper.

In her counterattack joint titled “Argument Done,” Eno Barony targeted Medikal, rapping, “Hold your gun, it’s your Sowutuom ghostwriter that I want. Your writer’s lyrics are whack.”

She also warned the “Omo Ada” rapper not to underestimate her, declaring, “Your punches are medically weak, don’t try me. I am strong, man!”

Medikal retaliated with a rap song titled “Nonsense,” produced by Unkle Beatz, which was perceived as a diss track aimed at Eno Barony.

However, in a surprising turn of events, Medikal later revealed that his controversial tweets and responses directed at Eno Barony were intended to generate attention for her career.

During an interview with YFM, an Accra-based radio station, the AMG Record Label signee clarified that he currently holds no grudges against Eno.

He described their past exchanges as “fun,” and has in subsequent times applauded Eno Barony for her hardcore rap style and lyrical dexterity but claims she’s not his match, an assertion she strongly refutes.
