The maiden worship edition of Millicent Yankey’s, ‘Grace Experience’, is slated for Sunday, September 26, at the Perez Chapel, Accra.

Speaking with MzGee on the Entertainment segment of TV3 New Day, Millicent Yankey said the worship concert is to appreciate God for how far he has brought her. And for the blessing of life.

The gospel songstress stated that the concert will also inspire Christians and believers all over the globe to understand the nature of God and His mighty works in the lives of mankind.

Gospel personalities performing are Elder Dr Mireku, Hannah Marfo, KODA, Efe Grace, Emmanuel Smith, Lady Charity, Jeffrey Kwasi and Boakye Rev. Ampomah Danso.

Millicent Yankey revealed that she received divine instructions to bring these gospel musicians to perform. Adding that, she will add to the numbers if she is instructed to do so.
“When I called them, none of them refused my offer to perform. Everybody is ready to perform on Sunday,” she added.

The ‘Hwan Koraa’ hitmaker said they (awards) encourage her to work harder because other people look up to her. Millicent Yankey further explained that she is encouraged to work harder because others expect more from her due to her wins.
“Awards encourage me to do more. Anytime I see my awards, it tells me I have to put in more work to gain more awards because people are looking up to me.”

The gospel songstress won the Gospel Song of the Year award with her song, “Hwan Koraa” (Who Else) at the Gospel Choice Music Awards USA 2020.
2021 has not yet ended, but the songstress has five awards to her name.
