The conclusion of Ghana’s Most Beautiful 2023 journey for Central Region’s Twumwaa and Ashanti Region’s Ebo marks a bittersweet moment in the competition.

As the competition began with 32 contestants, each region sending two representatives, it gradually narrowed down to the final 16 young ladies who have showcased their diverse talents and cultural richness over the past few weeks.

The theme for the night, ‘One Africa’, brought an unfortunate end to the journeys of Twumwaa and Ebo from the Central and Ashanti regions, respectively. This turn of events has left their supporters and fans in a saddened state. However, it’s important to remember that the blame cannot be placed on them as they consistently delivered diverse and engaging content throughout the competition.

On the night that saw their exit, Ebo from the Ashanti Region provided viewers with an insider’s view of Angola’s cultural diversity, highlighting the beauty and significance of traditional marriage ceremonies within a specific ethnic community. On the other hand, Twumwaa from the Central Region celebrated the cultural legacy of Ethiopia’s Mursi tribe, emphasizing the artistry behind their lip plates and body paintings, offering viewers a glimpse into their traditions and stories.

It’s worth noting that Greater Accra’s Naa Ayeley was also up for eviction but got saved by the judges based on her cumulative performance. As a result, she will continue in the competition, thanks to her past performances.

Though it’s the end of the journey for Twumwaa and Ebo in the quest to become the next GMB Queen, they have undoubtedly made their people and regions proud. They were wished well in their future endeavors and received products from Vitamilk Strawberry and 5,000 worth of exercise books sponsored by Heaven Insecticide Spray & Mosquito Coil and Ena Pa Foods.

The co-hosts of the season’s pageantry, Anita Akua Akuffo and Cookie Tee have consistently reminded viewers of the importance of voting for their preferred contestants. Supporting them with words alone is not enough as the competition is fierce.

As the competition progresses, the remaining contestants will face even tougher challenges. They will rely on the support and votes of their dedicated fans and viewers to continue their journey toward becoming the next ‘GMB Queen.’ Voting can be done by dialing *713*13# or by downloading the TV3 Reality App from Google Play Store or Apple App Store. The journey continues and the excitement is far from over.
