Valentine’s day hailed as the day of love, was nothing short of fun and excitement at the Bayview Village, Atomic Junction on Monday, February 14, 2022.
The atmosphere was so inviting that hundreds of people patronized tickets to partake in the fun moment.
The Date Rush Valentine Experience maiden edition hosted by Giovani and Anita brought both old and new date rush contestants and undisclosed lovers to meet friends and socialize for the night under one roof.
The loss of hope moment for old contestants not meeting again brought the euphoria of togetherness.
The night was ignited with amazing games, including lock and keys, speed dating, and more to connect singles. Cina Soul, Abochie, Perfekt, DSL, Ely, Jazzkings band were on standby to serenade the audience with good music. Plus surprise performances from Article Wan, Episode and DJ Faculty made the entire event remarkable.
According to the Group Head of Event, Entertainment and Lifestyle, Nana Kwadwo Addo, he was pleased with the attendance and looks forward to next year.
“I’m starstruck with this massive turnout for our first edition. The love for this reality show has been proven. You all should expect something bigger next year, and thanks to everyone who made this program a success,” he affirmed.
Speaking to a contestant from the previous seasons, he expressed gratitude for the limelight from date rush after participation.
“I am very honoured for the exposure date rush has given me, which has really expanded my brand after our season. And I’m grateful for that,” he stated.
The Date Rush Valentine experience sponsored by Airport West Hotel and Go Slo ice cream from Fan Milk Ghana and powered by TV3, came out successfully leaving every attendee with something to talk about.
