Former President of the Musicians Union of Ghana (MUSIGA) Bice Osei-Kuffour has been appointed as the new Managing Director of Ghana Post.

Sources at GhanaPost confirmed to 3news.com that the former hiplife artiste will serve in an acting role until a regularization of the appointment in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Companies Act and the company’s regulation.

Obour, as he is widely known, replaces James Kwofie, whose laudable performance saw him appointed a board member of the Universal Postal Union.

Obour joined the New Patriotic Party (NPP) after his tenure at MUSIGA.

He contested the party’s parliamentary primaries for Asante Akyem South Constituency but lost to incumbent Kwaku Asante Boateng.
