Leading television channel in Ghana, TV3 has been honored at the maiden edition of 3Music Awards for its immense contribution towards the promotion of local entertainment content.
Information Minister Mustapha Hamid who presented the awards commended the station of continuously coming up with content geared towards promoting the creative arts industry.
Mustapha Hamid lauded TV3 specially for keeping Saturday nights alive with its Music Music show over the years.
Head of entertainment and lifestyle at Media General, operators of TV3, Kenneth Addo stated that the station will continue to support the creative art industry.
Other media houses such as Joy FM, Peace FM and Graphic Showbiz also received honors for supporting the local entertainment industry.
Telecommunication companies, MTN, Vodafone and newly merged AirtelTigo were also honored for supporting the local entertainment industry.
3Music Awards seek to reward Artiste, industry players among other major stakeholders in the entertainment industry for their support towards the growth of the art industry.
