Budding soulful gospel songstress AJ Quansah bagged 3 nominations at the maiden edition of the Western Gospel Awards. The awards organised by Prolific GH Entertainment, on Friday, September 3 unveiled the nomination list with the ceremony taking place in Takoradi.
The soulful singer was nominated in the Western Female Gospel Artiste of the year, Western New Gospel Artiste and Best Female Vocalist categories with her single “It’s You’’.
The beautiful and always smiling songstress is unexpectedly becoming a household name in the Western Region after registering her presence in the music industry with her debut single titled “It’s You” and a mega one-night musical concert dubbed “The Experience” all in February 2021.
These 3 nominations are the first for the talented artiste.
The Western Gospel Awards is designed to recognize and appreciate Gospel/Christian music originating from the Western region and Western region artistes.
The maiden event is scheduled to happen on Sunday, October 24, at Word of Life Assemblies of God – Church, Anaji in Takoradi with 24 total categories in all.
AJ Quansah is set to share the stage together with SK Frimpong, KDM, Vincent Nyarko and others on Sunday 5th September on a concert dubbed A HEART FULL OF THANKSGIVING after impressively sharing the stage with SP SARPONG a fortnight ago with an amazing performance at the BRC AUDITORIUM Sekondi-Takoradi.
