He is said to have predicted the June 3 disaster which took tens of lives away at Kwame Nkrumah Circle last year, yet nothing was done to forestall the disaster.

He nearly committed suicide two years ago, upon learning that Ghana’s parliament had imported furniture from China to furnish the legislature.

He is a former Chief of Defence Staff, former National Security Advisor to the then late President Atta Mills and now the Head of Human Security at the National Security.

He is Brigadier General Joseph Nunoo Mensah (retd).
