Two persons have been burnt to death and beyond recognition after a motor cycle rider in the company of two pillion riders had a head-on collision with a Hyundai H100 mini bus with registration number GT5964-10 at Adawso in the Eastern Region.
Police report indicate at about 8:00pm the deceased rider was on an unregistered motor cycle from Adawso heading to Appasre.
He veered off unto an opposite lane, resulting in the collision.
The motor cycle caught fire and burnt the deceased motor cycle rider and one other female pillion rider.
A third person who sustained injury is on admission at the Koforidua Regional Hospital.
The two burnt bodies have been deposited at the Live Now Mortuary at Tinkong.
The MTTD has expressed worry at the rate of accident being caused by motor cycle riders in recent times.
