Three kids found dead in a parked car

The bodies of three children, aged between three and six, were found at the backseat of a saloon car at Elmina in the Central Region. The children, Maame Akua,6; Fii,5; and Yaw,3, failed to return home after leaving for church service unaccompanied by their parents Sunday morning. According to the police, the bodies  which have been deposited at the cape coast teaching hospital mortuary for autopsy had no marks as was being speculated . One  Kwame Bronya from Taterim, a suburb of Elmina, reported to the police that deceased, his nephews and niece, had not returned home since they left in the morning for church at Family Maker Church held at one of the classrooms of D/C JSS, near the District Magistrate Court,  Elmina on Sunday. Police said at about 9am on Monday, one Shiny Amissah Dadziebo, the Proprietor of Holy Wood Preparatory School located  adjacent to the D/C JSS where the missing children attended church, found the three children dead at the backseat in her Kia Optima Saloon Car No. CR 234-13. The car was locked and parked inside her walled school compound when she opened the vehicle to send one of her children who was sick to the hospital, the police report said. “Deceased bodies were inspected but no marks of assault were found. Bodies conveyed and deposited at the Cape Coast Teaching Hospital mortuary for autopsy,” the police said. From the deceased home to the church is about 400 metres.
