A medical doctor at the Takoradi Hospital, Dr. Bruno Baako, has declared one-year-old Francis Mawusi Ahiagbenu medically fit, though he looks a little pale. Little Mawusi was abducted from the Takoradi Market Circle on Friday, March 22 but was rescued and reunited with his family on Tuesday. He was sent to the regional hospital for medical examination. Mawusi, who was playing heartily with an NHIS card, did not show any sign that the brief separation from his family had seriously impacted on him. Speaking to 3news.com on Tuesday, Dr. Baako said: “He is physically unharmed. There is no mark on the body. Just a little pale.” Meanwhile, Mawusi’s mother, Maame Akosua Buah, is advising parents to be protective of their children. Expressing regret at what happened, she said, “don’t allow strangers near your children”. “In fact don’t even allow them to buy anything for them. Be very protective.” By Ewurama Smith|3news.com|Takoradi|Ghana]]>
