The Savannah Regional Secretary of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Salisu Be-Awurbe has reportedly escaped a robbery attack.
The incident occurred on Sunday April 24 along the Damongo-Sawla-Fulfulso road.
Media reports indicated that he was on his way to Tamale.
The Police managed to kill one of the robbers.
