Minister of Works and Housing, Kojo Oppong Nkrumah has inspected the soon-to-be-completed offices of the Real Estate Agency Council (REAC).

He interacted with the board, management and contractors who were working on the project.

I’ve asked them to complete works and open the offices before the end of April. The agency will help protect the interests of citizens when they undertake real estate transactions,” he wrote on his x platform.

The Real Estate Agency Council is a government agency established by the Real Estate Agency Act, 2020 (Act 1047) to regulate the real estate agency sector in Ghana.

REAC registers and licenses professionals and entities, enforces provisions of the law and regulates all the players in the Ghanaian real estate agency sector.
