Following a triumphant and meticulously executed presidential primary held on Saturday, November 4, the national leadership of the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP) undertook a historic visit to the residence of the Vice President in Cantonments in the Greater Accra Region on Sunday, November 5.

The purpose of the visit was to extend warm felicitations to Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia on his resounding victory as the chosen flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party.

The atmosphere was charged with unity and enthusiasm as the leaders of the NPP gathered at the Vice President’s residence.
