Member of Parliament for Nsawam Adoagyiri, Frank Annoh-Dompreh, has said that the team of Vice President Dr Mahamudu Bawumia which he is part of, is highly motivated and confident as the New Patriotic Party (NPP) heads to the November 4 presidential primaries after the super delegates conference.
During the super delegates conference on Saturday, August 26, Vice President Dr Bawumia swept 629 of the votes (68.15%) followed by Kennedy Agyapong and Alan Kyerematen with 132 votes (14.3%) and 95 votes (10.29%) respectively.
Commenting on this in a tweet, Mr Annoh-Dompreh said “Ears have not heard nor eyes seen your glory yet, sir.. Team DMB. Is more motivated and confident.”
Dr Bawumia also said “I am immensely grateful to all, for the emphatic show of confidence in me to lead our party for the 2024 Elections.
This is one step of the process, and the overwhelming support I have received throughout the country, inspires me to continue to even work harder, for a more resounding victory in the next step in November, to embark on this journey of possibilities with you. Thank you, and God bless you all.”
