CPP targets 6m voters in 2024 polls – Chairperson

The Convention People’s Party ( CPP) has targeted to register more members ahead of the 2024 general elections.

The mobilisation drive has targeted 6 million voters in the country.

Speaking on GhanAkoma morning show on Akoma FM 87.9MHz in Kumasi with Aduanaba Kofi Asante Ennin, Chairperson of CPP Nana Akosua Frimpong Sarpong-Kumankumah reiterated the party’s commitment to get more members in the run-up to the 2024 polls.

She said the party has initiated plans to galvanise their grassroots ahead of the elections.

The initiative, dubbed ‘Organisation Decides It All’, is aimed at encouraging leaders of the party to solidify the base of the party to help build a strong force towards the next general election.

She called on party members to work together to uphold the principles and ideals of the party to make CPP appealing to the people of Ghana.

“CPP’s chance in 2024 general election depends on your mobilisation of members from your constituency and electoral areas, so please get it work,” she stated.

She appealed to the youth to join the party to win 2024 elections.
