The woman, whose identity remains anonymous, had been struggling to make ends meet due to limited opportunities and financial constraints.
But Dr Boakye-Danquah recognized her determination and entrepreneurial spirit, which inspired him to support her in establishing a charcoal business.
He provided the necessary resources to kickstart the charcoal business.
He ensured that the woman had access to high-quality charcoal, essential equipment and a sustainable location to operate from.
Additionally, the Government Spokesperson offered her training and mentorship to help her understand the intricacies of running a successful business.
Dr. Boakye-Danquah’s decision to set up a charcoal business for a deserving woman will not only empower the woman but also boost the Abuakwa North Constituency economy locally.
