The Ghana Police Service has deployed officers of its K9 Unit as part of a grand security strategy for the festive season.
The officers have been deployed with their specially trained dogs with a projection that this strategy could go beyond the festive season.
The purpose for this, the Service said, is to “ensure the security and safety of commuters on our roads”.
The K9 Unit is part of Police Special Operations.
