National Organiser of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Kofi Adams has taken a swipe at the New Patriotic Party (NPP), describing the opposition party as one that lacks serious minds.

The NPP recently called for full investigations into the role played by the Superlock Technologies Limited (STL) in the 2012 elections, a claim that has been rejected by the former Deputy General Secretary of the NDC.

Mr. Adams in reacting to claims by the NPP on 3FM’Sunrise morning show that the he was unable to justify the role played by the STL in the 2012 general elections, he described the NPP as one that lacks serious minds to help it operate.

“If the NPP had not taken out serious minds in their party leadership, they would not behave like the way they are behaving today,” he stated.

“If Kwabena Agyepong was still the executive, I don’t think they would have gone on this tangent because he was a key person in the strong room of the Electoral Commission and has been in many elections so he understands how results are transmitted from polling stations to the Electoral Commission headquarters and would not have joined Nana Akomea and the rest to sing this type of lullaby.

“We all know how results were faxed from the regional headquarters of the Electoral Commission to their national headquarters in the strong room being done and received in the presence of political parties”.
