The latest report on recruitment in the Ghana Police Service is said to have been signed by Vice President Paa Kwesi Amissah-Arthur and Inspector General of Police John Kudalor.
But the Service has asked the public to disregard such advertisement.
According to a release issued by Superintendent Cephas Arthur, the Director of Public Affairs, police recruitment announcements are not signed by the Vice President nor the IGP.
It added: “Police public notices are officially by the national dailies before any other medium.”
The public has been asked to report any perpetrators to the nearest police station.
