The main opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) has suspended its Ningo Prampram constituency secretary Mr Okoe Mensah.
He has been suspended for six months.
The suspension letter written and signed by Theophilus Tetteh Chai, the Greater Accra Regional Secretary said “We write to inform you that the Regional Executive Committee has suspended the Constituency Secretary in the person of Mr Okoe Mensah for six months with immediate effect in accordance with Article 46 of the party’s constitution.
“We are by a copy of this letter referring the matter to the Constituency Disciplinary Committee for further actions to be taken.”
The letter however did not state the reasons for his suspension.
