Lawyer Martin Kpebu says he will sue President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo for corruption.

He insists not even an immunity for a former President will stop him.

“The immunity is for the things that he has done and not for acts like corruption,” he explained on The Keypoints on TV3/3FM on Saturday, September 16.

Mr Kpebu was speaking on the recent apology offered by Dome-Kwabenya Member of Parliament (MP) Sarah Adwoa Safo.

He was concerned it took President Akufo-Addo too long to sack the then Minister of Gender, Children and Social Protection.

According to him, that smacked of corruption and he will take the President on immediately he leaves office.

This, however, did not go down well with the Communications Director of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Richard Ahiagbah, who described the perennial “propensity” of Mr Kpebu to insult the President at will as “unexemplary”.
