Karpowership supports community with food items to celebrate Sallah

Karpowership donates food items to Tema Manhean Community ahead of Eid-ul-Fitr[/caption] As part of its Corporate Social Responsibility, Karpowership Ghana Company limited, has donated assorted food items to about 300 Muslim households in the Tema Manhean Community. The donation is to support the Muslims finish their Ramadam and celebrate the Ed-ul-fitr, which comes off Friday, June 15. Corporate Communications Specialist of Karpowership, Sandra Amarquaye, at the presentation of the items said the initiative was the company’s own small way of giving back to communities where they operate. “We are grateful to Allah for strengthening you all throughout the period of Ramadan. As Karpowership we have enjoyed a good relationship with you since we began operating in this community. We recognize the importance of this festival and therefore this is our way of commemorating the day with you. We take the opportunity to wish you well in this new season”, she said. Many families will indeed benefit from the items you have brought”, he said. This is not the first time Karpowership is giving back to the community since it started operating in Ghana.
