The Ghana National Gas Company Limited (GNGC), in its quest to complement government’s developmental agenda, has decided to intensify its corporate responsibility within its priority sectors.

The Deputy Project Manager at GNGC, Anyima Nwiah, explained that the Company is for Ghanaians and therefore had decided to extend its developmental agenda to the educational, health, sports and many other sectors.

He noted that the government is currently engaged in numerous developmental projects, hence the decision of Ghana Gas to support the dream of the government.

He made this known to journalists on the sidelines of the inauguration of a 10-bedroom apartment at Sekuruwa Basic School for teachers and a sod-cutting ceremony for the construction of seven-bedroom apartment for the Daaho Primary School.

A board member of Ghana Gas, Nana Ansah Ababio, also called on the beneficiary teachers to practise the culture of maintenance.

The Municipal Chief Executive for Asante Mampong, Thomas Appiah Kobi, also appealed to Ghanaians not to feel weary in the payment of e-levy as it would be properly accounted for.
