Presbyterian Boys’ Senior High School have emerged champions of this year’s The Sharks quiz competition after seeing off Adisadel College in the final on Saturday, June 24.
The Odade3 Boys beat another Central Region all boys’ school, St Augustine’s College, in the semi-finals before besting Adisco.
At the end of the contest, Presec-Legon had 145 points against Adisco’s 60 to take the trophy they won in 2020 as well.
It was the fourth consecutive final for the Legon-based senior high school in the all-round quiz competition.
They took home GH¢20,000 as the cash prize money and gold medals for the contestants.
In the Junior Sharks Quiz, Manna International School from the Ashanti Region took home GH¢10,000 after beating DPS International in the final.
It is their second trophy in a row.
The finals of The Sharks took place at the College of Physicians and Surgeons in Accra.
