The University of Ghana (UG), Legon and the Bank of Ghana (BoG) have signed a partnership agreement for the establishment of the BoG Chair in Finance and Economics.
This is to help promote research that will influence policymaking in the country.
At the signing, the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Nana Aba Appiah Amfo expressed appreciation to the Central Bank for their generosity towards UG.
She said that the agreement is a boost to University of Ghana, Legon’s vision of becoming research-intensive, thereby contributing to Ghana’s development.
