Convener of the #FixTheCountry Movement Oliver Barker-Vormawor has denied the claims made by the Attorney General Godfred Yeboah Dame against him that he is not cooperating with the Police.
The A-G argued in court that “That having regard to the nature of the offence and the punishment which conviction will entail, the applicant, a person with no fixed place of abode in Ghana is not likely to appear to stand trial if granted bail.”
But Barker-Vormawor, through his lawyers, said among other things that “I have fully cooperated with the Police throughout my arrest, detention and interrogations.”
