Participants of 3FM’s Fat2Fit 60-Day Challenge defied last Saturday’s downpour to exercise for good health. Before 6:00am, contestants had converged at the premises of TV3 at Kanda for the week seven session, which started off with weighing. Each participant was screened by the fitness instructors to monitor their progress, particularly on how much weight they have lost. This was followed by a few body stretches and an aerobics session led by Fat2Fit trainer and Ghana’s first fitness abassador Beatrice Affull, aka Bea de bully. CEO & founder of Fat2Fit Ghana, Mr. Akoto DerGross, praised all the participants for their commitment to the challenge and defying the rain to attend. “Losing weight through lifestyle changes (healthy diet & exercise) though not easy is the best approach to managing one’s weight,” he told the participants. Ms. Racheal Nai, who lost 5.4kg was adjudged the biggest weight loser for the week. She took home make-up and hair treatment from Saloon Services as well as a copy of Akoto DerGross’ latest book; Change What You Eat; Change How You Look. She also took time to share her experience with participants to motivate them. On Saturday April 14, the general public is welcomed to join the participants as they climb the Aburi Mountain for the last time in the challenge. Persons wishing to join the challenge can still register through www.fat2fitghana.com or call 0548 692355. By 3news.com|Ghana ]]>
