Mudryk scores first Chelsea goal in win at Fulham

Mykhailo Mudryk and Armando Broja played pivotal roles as secured their second league win of the with a 2-0 victory over Fulham.

Mudryk, who joined Chelsea for £89 million from Shakhtar Donetsk in January, opened the scoring in the 18th minute. He expertly controlled Levi Colwill's chipped cross with his chest before slotting the ball past Bernd Leno. This performance seemed to signal a turning point in Mudryk's Chelsea career, but his half-time withdrawal raised some concerns among fans.

Armando Broja extended Chelsea's lead just a minute later, marking his first goal since October 2022, following a serious knee injury. The victory lifted Chelsea to 11th place in the standings.

Fulham struggled to create scoring opportunities, with their best chance coming from Sasa Lukic in the second half. However, his shot from inside the six-yard box was expertly saved by Chelsea's goalkeeper, Robert Sanchez.
