Malaria kills more people – Efia Odo attacks mandatory COVID vaccination

Efia Odo

Efia Odo is up against the directive from the Ghana Health Service, which orders everyone travelling into the country to be vaccinated against the Coronavirus.

According to the actress, this directive limits people from making their own choices concerning the COVID pandemic. Andrea Owusu, known in showbiz as Efia Odo, took to her Twitter page to share her view on the mandatory Covid-19 vaccination.

According to her Tweet, malaria has killed more people than Covid-19. She estimated approximately 20,000 people die from malaria each year. But Ghanaians are being instructed to mandatory take the Covid-19 jab. After the analysis, she announced her long stay in Ghana because she will not take any disapproved vaccine.

She Tweeted, “Malaria has killed more people than COVID-19 (approximately 20,000 people yearly), but they’re mandating us to take a vaccine. Taking a vaccine should be a personal choice and not a mandatory decision. Guess I’m stuck in Ghana cuz I’m not taking any disapproved vaccine.”

Mandatory COVID vaccine has become a key feature in many international airports across the globe. Since the new omicron variant, many countries have resumed strict protocols to control and mitigate effects.
