Parents of 2-year-ol Robert Kotei Jnr, have appealed to the general public to support them financially to enable their child undergo a heart surgery.
Their child has been diagnosed of heart failure, a condition doctors says will require surgery.
“The cost of the procedure including pre and post op investigations , ICU stay and medications will amount to 9000 dollars” doctors’ report said.
