Where there is love, there is life and where there is life, there is hope.

The language of love is giving and the H4P (Here for Perfection) Organization has once again demonstrated love through the Celebration of Love projects to commemorate the 1st anniversary of the demise of Mrs. Christina Anansewa Hackman, mother of H4P’s CEO, Bishop Dr. Charles Cofie Hackman.

For a woman who lived a life full of love and selflessness, the H4P Organization found it fitting to honour her memory in a manner that reflected her lifelong dedication to the disability community through various acts of love.

The H4P Organization’s Celebration of Love projects is a platform through which a helping hand is given to persons with disability and stakeholders in the disability community.

The H4P Organization on Wednesday, November, 8 organized a free physiotherapy session, hearing assessment and education at With God Cerebral Palsy Centre – Centre of Abilities, Winneba.

This second Celebration of Love project coincided with the 1st anniversary of the With God Cerebral Palsy Centre, Winneba.

Physiotherapists and medical personnel from various parts of the country were present to have physiotherapy sessions for the children and educational sessions for the parents and caregivers.

In his speech, Bishop Dr. Charles Cofie Hackman commended the Founder of the Center, Mrs. Ellen Affam-Dadzie, for her good works in helping children with CP.

He mentioned that although the task of being a caregiver or parent of someone with CP may be daunting, it would not be in vain.

He prayed that they would continue in strength, fortitude and resilience and not give up no matter what.

Other activities in the day included education of cerebral palsy to parents and care givers and donation of cash and assorted items to the facility.

Gifts were presented to the founder of the Center, Mrs. Ellen Affam-Dadzie, the staff and volunteers of the facilities, caregivers and parents present.

She was full of praise to Bishop Dr. Charles Cofie Hackman for standing with her and supporting her for so many years.

She was extremely appreciative to the H4P Organization at the show of love through the physiotherapy sessions, education, donations and gifts given during the 1st anniversary of the Center of Abilities, Winneba.

The first Celebration of Love Project organised this year to commemorate the 1st anniversary of the demise of Mrs. Christina Anansewa Hackman was a free medical screening for students, staff and care-givers of the Dr. Seth Tetteh-Ocloo State School for the Deaf at Adjei-Kojo in the Tema West Municipality on 13th September, 2023.

The project drew professional medical personnel from Acts of Africa and Manna Mission Hospital to offer free medicals in general consultation, ENT consultation, Eye screening, malaria testing, Dental Care amongst others.

For most of the medical personnel present, it was a first time experience relating to and diagnosing persons with hearing impairment.

The impact of the exercise was astonishing as over 500 people comprising students, care-givers, parents and staff of the institution were attended to.

The very first Celebration of Love Project by the H4P Organization was held on 14th February, 2017 in honour of the late Madam Salome Francois, founder of the New Horizon Special School, for dedicating over 45 years of her life and resources to take care of special needs children.

The H4P Organization believes that the best show of love is when love is exhibited especially to those who are not in the position to love you back.

The day was to celebrate those who are living and showing so much love whiles remembering those who lived their lives in love.
