Victims of the alleged Sodomy incident at Kulpi Primary and Junior High Schools in Salaga are in Tamale to undergo medical examination.
Families of the victims earlier indicated that they could not afford to travel to Tamale for the medical examination after health officials at Salaga Government Hospital referred them to the Tamale Teaching Hospital.
However, the Member of Parliament for Salaga South Constituency, Hajia Zuweira Ibrahimah, intervened.
She promised to take up the cost of examination for all 19 victims.
The intervention by the MP was supported by Developing Kids Ghana, a non-profit organization.
The victims together with their relatives arrived in Tamale on Wednesday for the medical examination.
