The Ministry of Foreign and Regional Integration has said that recent challenges that characterized the accessibility of passport forms online have been resolved.
Some application recently encountered challenges in acquiring the forms to enable them apply for the passports.
This comes after the Ministry digitized the acquisition of the forms.
A statement issued by the Ministry on Friday October 9 said “The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration is pleased to inform the general public that connectivity challenges on the passport application site which made accessibility difficult, has been resolved.
“Applicants who had difficulties in accessing their application forms can now log into the system to access forms for further processing.”
