Ghanaian singer and songwriter Noella Wiyaala says she loves how her body looks and she uses that to her advantage. Reacting to critics after her ‘Rock my body’ music video was released, she said she can’t be everybody’s favourite but she loves herself. In an interview on Sunrise on 3FM, she waived all negative feelings of people who criticized her and apologised to her fans for making that music video. “Even if people insult me, I forgive them from the bottom of my heart. “I want to apologise to my fans for that video because some of them were surprised.” She added that she has accepted the apology from producer JMJ for his comments. The Afro-pop singer cautioned bloggers who say she isn’t part of the Ghana music industry not to discuss her on shows. Asked what she’s been up to during the pandemic, she said she has been focusing on editing and directing her own videos. “Since I can’t have directors and video makers come around, I’m using my graphic design skills to edit and direct my videos.” She disclosed that she was booked for 53 gigs in Europe but all had to be suspended due to Covid-19.
