Do you want to be 'broke' again? Show people that you have money – Reno Omokri

Reno Omokri

Former presidential aide and author Reno Omokri shared money retention tips with his followers. According to him, showing off is the quickest way to lose money.

In a Facebook post, the author outlined the circumstances which would make one revert back to their former ‘broke’ selves. He wrote, “The worst thing to do when you make money is to spend it to show people that you have money. It is the fastest way to return to broke status. “

According to Reno Omokri, investing money to make more money is a more sustainable alternative for wealth preservation. “When you make money, use it to make more money. By the time you make enough money, people will know without you saying it. Only people with an inferiority complex oppress others with their money,” he continued.

He repeated that money is just a tool out of poverty. And until people appreciate this vital fact, they could continue to be fooled.
“Money is not the goal. It is a tool. If you don’t realise that money is a tool, you may end up a fool. Money is not a tool to oppress people. It is a tool to suppress poverty in you and others.”
