She disclosed this while speaking in an interview with Barima Kaakyire Agyemang during his longest interview marathon on Friday, March 29.

“It was two people that raped me actually. One person raped me in my bedroom and one person in my kitchen.

“So we were in the room, we were sleeping and somebody hit my back so hard and I woke up and when I woke up, I saw a faced disguised with a handkerchief covering the face.

“They asked for money, I gave them the money and showed them a few things and after that one person asked me to lay down at gun point and I did and he raped me.

“After he was done, another person too dragged me to the kitchen and asked me to lay down and I did and he also raped me. It was raw,” she narrated.

She further noted that she visited the hospital for a checkup after the incident and was put on HIV treatment and was engaged in a therapy session to deal with the trauma of the terrible experience.

“I went to SSNIT hospital at Osu and I even had a therapist who was talking to me every time. They checked us for HIV and put us on HIV treatment,” she stated.

She added that the perpetrators of the dastard act were later arrested and imprisoned but passed away while serving their jail term.

“They were arrested and few years later, I heard that they were in Nsawam prison and then they died,” Mzbel said.

“ I did not have to curse them, what they did to me was enough to be cursed,” she replied Kaakyire Agyemang when asked if she took any spiritual action against the perpetrators.
