National Democratic Congress (NDC) delegates have cleared Dr Zanetor Agyeman-Rawlings to represent the party as the parliamentary candidate for the Klottey Korley constituency in the 2020 general elections.
Results declared by Electoral Commission Saturday put the daughter of the NDC founder in the lead with 671 votes while Hayford Quashie who resigned his position as the constituency chairman to contest the polls securing 336.
Dr Rawlings who is the incumbent MP for the constituency, will be seeking to retain the seat for the NDC which the NPP is seeking to wrestle from her.

She polled 316 with immediate her main contender, Sedinam Matanawue securing 204 votes and Carl Owuomesika getting 84 votes.
