[Video] EC official shows visually impaired how to vote alone

Voting is a civic right – a process every eligible voter must go through.

No one has to be left out in this process and in this, an EC official is gradually taking a visually impaired man through the the ballot sheet and how to use the tap tag.

The tap tag is  a voting system for the blind, much like braille where visually impaired voters can exercise their franchise freely.

This was at the Catholic Social Centre in Zuarugu in the Bolgatanga East Constituency and it is the polling station of the MP, Dr. Dominic Ayine Akuritinga.
