[Video] Armed boys in viral video show permit for pump-action gun; deny being robbers

One of the three armed men seen in a viral video a day after the gruesome murder of a police constable guarding a bullion van has spoken.

Identified as Obour, he told William Evans-Nkum he and his colleagues who were seen in the viral videos are not armed robbers.

He also said the pistols seen in the video were seized from another group that attacked their illegal mining (galamsey) site in Wa in the Upper West Region.

He added the video was deliberately posted and not leaked as it’s being speculated.
