97 persons, comprising 60 males and 37 females, have been arrested by the Accra Regional Police Command in an operation to ensure the wearing of face masks as was directed by the president, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, in his 22nd address on measures taken to mitigate the spread of Covid-19.
The operation was carried out in a four-hour operation around Tudu, CMB, Farisco, Railways and its environs in Accra.
