Renowned Sound engineer, Fred Kyei Mensah known popularly as ‘Fredima’ has tipped Kidi to win this year’s Artiste of the Year at the 23rd Vodafone Ghana Music Awards.
Of all the contenders – Sarkodie, King Promise, Black Sherif, Kuami Eugene, Kidi and Joe Mettle, Fredima is of the view that it’s the ‘sugar gal dem’ Kidi’s time to shine. Other pundits have also said the race is between Kidi and Black Sherif, who has had a very successful year but all those are merely predictions.
The second and last night of the show currently underway at the Grand Arena of the International Conference Centre in Accra will unveil the winner of the ultimate prize.
