The United Renaissance Party (URP) has officially endorsed the candidature of John Dramani Mahama, who is the presidential candidate of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC).
The Party has therefore asked its supporters to vote for the president.
At a press conference in Accra, the Party’s Greater Accra Regional Vice Chairman, Samuel Akrofi, asked members, executives and supporters of the Party to make the right decision on December 7 by voting for President John Mahama.
“We are therefore encouraging our members to make the right decision by voting for someone with the leadership qualities,” Mr Akrofi stated.
“We are calling on our supporters to vote for John Mahama of the NDC to become the president and continue the Better Ghana Agenda for our mother Ghana,” added Mr Akrofi, whose party leader is Kofi Wayo.
