In May 2022, Accra was hit by a series of rainfalls which resulted in floods in some part.

The Kaneshie Polyclinic was not left out as its walls broke down thereby getting wards flooded and some medical equipment destroyed.

Twellium Foundation heard the health facility’s cry for help and decided to support.

Considering the fact that the wall has been the Polyclinic’s main barrier against the floods, Twellium Foundation decided to reconstruct it.

In addition, a storm drain for a good drainage system was also constructed in order to curb future incidents.

The Foundation also built a canteen for the medical facility.

Twellium Foundation has always engaged in so many humanitarian projects.

This unfortunate case of the floods case was given a high priority and the Foundation rushed to take quick measures because the effects were not going to be on only the hospital and the health sector but also majorly on the residents and patients who visit the facility for medical attention.

This gesture is expected to go a long way to show that for every bottle of any mineral water purchased, a percentage is put aside to help in changing people’s lives.
