Ghana’s number one leading television Station, TV3, a subsidiary of Media General Group, is celebrating 23 years of operation.
General Manager of MG TV Francis Doku on Thursday, October 1 expressed the station’s gratitude to staff and especially audience and sponsors for being with them throughout the 23-year period.
“We honour our staff who have worked with us from the beginning and along the way and those who still work with us for making sure they have their time for making great content and keeping it up to the audience.
“We are very grateful to the audience for also being with us since we came to this industry in 1997. You’ve stuck with us and enjoyed all the programmes we have given you. We are very grateful to those who support us with their money, our sponsors and advertisers.”
Mr. Doku added that TV3 will continue to deliver loving content, both locally and internationally.
“As we turn 23, we are very sure we will continue to lead you with compelling content. Our commitment to our audience and clients is to continue serving them with good content and entertainment.
“We will continue to deliver all content locally and internationally. We are here to serve the audience. We are very grateful to the audience for sticking with us. TV3, First in News, Best in Entertainment,” he stated.
TV3 has rolled out reality programmes such as the Ghana’s Most Beautiful (GMB), Mentor, Date Rush and others.
Other programmes on the network are the New Day show, The Key Points, Sports Station, Business Focus and others.
