Three Kenyan athletes have made it onto the list of nominees for the 2018 Male World Athlete of the Year.
The list was released on Tuesday by the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF).
Diamond League champion Timothy Cheruiyot, world marathon record holder Eliud Kipchoge and 800m world leader Emmanuel Korir are the Kenyans to have been named among the 10.
The list is expected to be whittled down to five after voting closes on Tuesday, 13 November.
The award ceremony is scheduled to be held in Monaco on Tuesday, December 4 at the IAAF Athletics Awards 2018.
Aside the Kenyans, South African long jumper Luvo Manyonga is the other African to make the list.
100m Diamond League champions Christian Coleman is among the favourites to make the last five.
